Scott F. Conway Melrose School Committee
Scott F. Conway is a product of the Melrose School System, Attending the Winthrop Elementary school, the Melrose Veterans Memorial Middle School and then graduating from Melrose High in 2006. Since his graduation Scott went on to Bunker Hill Community College where he received his Associates Degree with high honors in History and Government. After receiving his associates degree Scott is now attending the University of Massachusetts Lowell in which he will receive his Bachelor’s degree in Political Science.
Scott has been an active member of the Melrose Community for several years now as an assistant coach for the Middle School Mock Trial team and a junior achievement teacher at our local elementary schools; Scott has worked with our students, teachers and school administrators side by side. In addition to his involvement with the school system Scott has been an active member of local, state and national politics, Scott has had a hand in elections ranging from School Committee, Alderman, State Representative, Governor and President, all in which Scott has worked to make our communities better for all. Also Scott has worked in the office of our State Senator Richard Tisei for almost three years where on a daily basis he has dealt with issues that affect all the citizens of Melrose and other surrounding communities, in the Senators office Scott has worked with many Melrose community members to help resolve their problems, concerns or questions. Since leaving the Melrose School System Scott has worked to better our community in many roles and ways, and hopes to continue this as a member of the Melrose School Committee.
